Can I use itinerary.id for free?

Yes. The Wanderer plan is free forever — one itinerary, trips up to 7 days, and collaboration with up to 3 people. No credit card required.

What is an AI helper request credit?

The AI helper suggests places, routes and daily plans for your trip. Each suggestion consumes credits based on the AI tokens used. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time with pay-as-you-go credits that never expire.

Do my travel companions need a paid plan too?

No. Collaborators you invite can view and edit shared itineraries on any plan, including the free one. Only the itinerary owner's plan determines the limits, such as trip length and the number of collaborators.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and billed monthly. We support common Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfer and popular e-wallets.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period. Your itineraries are never deleted when you downgrade — anything over your new plan's limit simply becomes read-only.

What is a Day Pass?

A Day Pass gives your account Traveller-tier privileges for 24 hours — handy if you plan trips only occasionally and don't need a monthly subscription.
