Make sure you've added the Cutling keyboard: go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Cutling. Then tap Cutling and enable "Allow Full Access."
Ensure Full Access is enabled for the Cutling keyboard. Without it, the keyboard can't read your saved cutlings from local storage.
Check that iCloud is enabled on your device (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud) and that Cutling has iCloud access. Sync may take a moment to propagate changes across devices.
Image cutlings require Full Access. If images still don't appear, try removing and re-adding the Cutling keyboard in Settings.
